In the name of diversity **
Recognising and promoting diversity is a cornerstone of Societe Generale’s Human Resources policy.
This diversity is first and foremost demonstrated by our 155,617 employees who represent 120 nationalities in 85 countries and 59.97% of whom are women. Beyond these figures, Societe Generale Group places great value on preserving and developing the different skills, viewpoints and cultures of its teams, and on enabling each person to fulfil their potential. 2010 saw the Group further reinforce its lasting commitment to diversity in all its forms, from the professional integration of young people or disabled employees, equality in the workplace through to the diversification of its new hires. In France, this commitment led to the signing of a Framework Agreement with the Secretary of State for Employment in April 2010 on the development of diversity within the Societe Generale Group.*
