Questionnaire

Question 1 : policy for environmental protection is taken to mean the pursuit of regular initiatives to protect the environment in all or part of the life cycle of products purchased or manufactured or in the operating processes and procedures of your company.
Examples: sorting of waste, use of recycled paper, green electricity, non-pollutant commodities, etc.
Questions 2 and 3 : Examples of supporting documents required: electronic or paper copies of an ethics charter, code of conduct or compliance, internal regulations, in-house memos, official e-mails, etc.
Question 4 :CSR criteria is taken to mean all CSR considerations taken into account in the selection process for suppliers or subcontractors
Examples of supporting documents required: CSR questionnaires, rating grids, CSR audit reports, extract of technical specifications, etc.
Question 5 : internal reporting system is taken to mean a document (report file, daily log, indicators, schedule, etc.) that certifies that your CSR measures are monitored.
Question 6 : initiative in the field of the environment and social and human rights is taken to mean a international initiative such as signing the Global Compact or partnerships with NGOs and, for small businesses, supporting local or national environmental or social associations.

  • If your company has already been rated by an extra-financial agency and is listed on a sustainable development index, reply YES,
  • If your company has already been rated by an extra-financial agency but is not listed on a sustainable development index, reply NO,
  • If your company has not been rated please ignore the question.
