  • To respect and promote the application of the principle of non-discrimination in all its forms and at all stages of human resources management, notably recruitment, training, career advancement and promotion.
  • To seek to reflect the diversity of French society at all levels of the workforce, notably its cultural and ethnic diversity.
  • To convey our commitment to non-discrimination and diversity to all our employees and inform them as to the practical implications of this commitment.
  • To design and implement a policy of diversity and make it a subject for discussion with employee representatives.
  • To include a chapter in the annual report describing our commitment to non-discrimination and diversity (actions implemented, practices and results).
